Our purpose-built genomics lab is sited in the Biopolis research park in Singapore, a leading global biomedical sciences research and development complex. Our experienced genomics team uses a range of state-of-the-art, high-throughput sequencing platforms to ensure reliable, repeatable results delivered quickly and cost-effectively. We also offer advanced Spatial Enhanced Resolution Omics-Sequencing (Stereo-seq) capabilities.
Robust Quality Processes
Mirxes has extensive, documented quality processes to ensure reliable results. Our genomics lab is ISO15189 compliant and holds certifications for major technology providers. We are Twist Bioscience ProLab Certified and an MGI Authorized Stereo-seq Service Provider. Our diagnostics lab is CAP-certified and our manufacturing facilities are ISO13485 compliant and Industry 4.0 certified, further evidence of our commitment to quality . We comply with applicable data privacy regulations.
Dedicated Bioinformatics Facility
Our bioinformatics services are performed in a secure, purpose-built facility in Singapore. To ensure data privacy and protection, we maintain a dedicated AWS cloud, using client-specific buckets to facilitate secure data transfer. Our U.S. sample depot in North Carolina ensures proper handling of samples for testing.
